Weather in Granada Spain

Granada is an ancient city situated at the foot of the Sierra Nevada mountains, at the confluence of 3 rivers - the Beiro, Genil and Darro, it stands 738m above sea level. The city of Granada  has a population of 237,000. Granada is mostly famous for its amazing Alhambra Palace, a moorish fortress dating from the 13th century.







Weather in Granada is typical mediteranean - hot summers and cold but pretty mild winters. The best time  to visit  Granada is  in spring or autumn.
